Meet Jason Ferreira

Developer and investor, Jason's ultimate goal is to create not just a sustainable business, but beautiful, high-quality, long-lasting modern contemporary homes. While those in the business of “flipping houses” take on projects to make fast money, “They’re not business people; I am”. Jason adds, “I’m not interested in small operations. I want to create a business that is scalable”.  

And Jason is certainly equipped to do so. He brings fifteen years of corporate sales experience in financial services to ONE Development. High-level corporate and finance strategies, relationship management as well as deep knowledge in sourcing are the keys to Jason’s business approach. As the former VP of Sales at NRT Technology Corp, Jason helped grow the company’s market penetration from 30% to 90% market share across Canada, with over $100 million in revenue.  

After his success in fintech, Jason was ready to turn to his latest venture: real estate development -- what he considers to be his first love. (Before starting ONE Development, Jason independently completed multiple projects as part of his personal investment strategy). With his business acumen, savvy and passion for creating homes that people love, Jason looks to disrupt the industry, ONE beautiful home at a time.
